Most workshops run one to two days, depending on the topic and the number of people around the table. Retreats and offsites can extend to two or three days when deeper work is needed.
We design and facilitate workshops at a location that works for your team — your offices, an offsite venue, or a family property. We travel to you, or help you find the right setting.
Yes. Every workshop is built around your people, your culture and the decision or transition in front of you. We don't deliver off-the-shelf content; we design the experience for what you're actually navigating.
It depends on the workshop. Some are designed for a family of four. Others work best with a leadership team of 8 to 15. Larger groups of employees can work too. We'll help you size and shape the room during the design call.
