Family Meetings
Turn routine gatherings into the most important meeting your family has all year.
ReserveStep away from the day-to-day and do the work that matters most. Our workshops, retreats and offsites are customized, in-person intensives — designed for owners, families, leadership teams and the next generation alike. Every audience, one table.
How a Workshop Works
Some work can't be done between meetings and emails. A day or two offsite — away from the machinery of the business — creates the space for the conversations the enterprise has been postponing.
Every workshop is designed around your family, your team and the decision in front of you — never delivered off a shelf.
Owners and founders. Spouses and siblings. Senior leaders and the rising generation. Each room is set for the people actually in it.
You don't leave with a binder. You leave with decisions made, agreements written down, and owners and dates attached.
The Workshops
Each workshop is designed for a specific moment — and every one can stand alone, stack together, or anchor a retreat built around your family or team.

Questions
Owners, founders, families, leadership teams and the next generation. Each workshop is designed for a specific audience — and we can also customize a session when multiple groups need to be in the same room.
Most workshops run one to two days, depending on the topic and the number of people around the table. Retreats and offsites can extend to two or three days when deeper work is needed.
We design and facilitate workshops at a location that works for your team — your offices, an offsite venue, a family property, or a retreat center. We travel to you, or help you find the right setting.
Yes. Every workshop is built around your people, your culture and the decision or transition in front of you. We don't deliver off-the-shelf content; we design the experience for what you're actually navigating.
It depends on the workshop. Some are designed for a family of four. Others work best with a leadership team of eight to fifteen. We'll help you size and shape the room during the design call.
Decisions made, agreements written down, and owners and dates attached. You won't leave with a binder that sits on a shelf — you'll leave with a plan your team can act on the following week.
Absolutely. Many families and leadership teams string workshops together over two or three days — for example, Guiding Principles followed by Strategy & Planning — to tackle the deeper questions in one focused experience.
Start by filling out the inquiry form. We'll schedule a 30-minute design call to understand your situation, recommend the right workshop or retreat format, and propose dates that work for your team.
In Their Words
"We'd been stuck in the same conflicts for years. They didn't take sides or push solutions. They helped us find our own way forward, and they stayed with us until we got there."
— Family-owned retail company
Two siblings · Second generation
"One offsite accomplished what a year of board meetings couldn't. We left with decisions made and — more importantly — a way to keep making them."

Every workshop is private, confidential and customized. There's no script on the other end of this form.
