Meet Todd.
As a top advisor, author and speaker, Todd Garretson possesses a lifelong passion for unlocking dormant growth potential in families, leaders, and their businesses. Todd provides consulting services for a myriad of family-owned, privately-held and publicly-held organizations.
Prior to his advisory practice, Todd spent 20-plus years in a number of corporate leadership roles at companies such as Newell Rubbermaid and Hunter Douglas, as well as having been an 3rd Generation owner and family executive of a mid-size manufacturing business.
As founder and CEO, Todd's advisory work with family businesses, leaders and teams spans a number of industries, including: retail, hospitality, restaurant, healthcare, food and beverage, financial services, consumer goods, manufacturing, distribution, pet care, construction, forestry and lumber, and utilities.
Todd also serves on a multi-disciplinary team of family enterprise educators and professionals that work with clients across Canada and the U.S.
A growth strategist at heart, Todd specializes in strategy and development projects that help propel businesses, families and ownership teams towards a desired future, together.
You can find Todd at the intersection of the architect and the builder - with the unique skill to both envision it and make it come to life. Todd is available for speaking engagements to all size audiences, strategy and family retreats, various board and advisory assignments.
Todd grew up in a suburb Philadelphia, PA and now resides with his wife, Lauri and their 4 children in Marietta, GA.
